US CUSTOMERS

We handle each and every decant with care and try our best to ship out our decants within a few business days or sooner if possible. Our shipping days are Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or on holidays due to the post office being closed. Once a shipping label has been created for your order  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or refunds unless within reason. If you do wish to return your order you can reach out to our email and we can set up a return process. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL (UNLESS OTHERWISE UNDER VERY SPECIAL CONDITIONS). We will not accept any returns unless this condition is met. PLEASE NOTE: We will only give out a full refund once we receive and inspect the package on our end. If there are any damages to the decant(s) when we inspect the package, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all depending on the type of decant(s) that were damaged. This includes if the bottle was cracked, the cap was untwisted and tampered with or if there is any perfume that was sprayed, missing or replaced within the bottle. Otherwise you should most likely receive a full refund. If the shipping carrier damages or loses the package while in transit to your location, we are not responsible for any reimbursements or replacements. If your package is stolen after being delivered to your address, We are not responsible for the reimbursement or replacement of your package. Please put in a safe address when checking out your items so that you can ensure that your package arrives with no issues. We mainly use USPS for US customers and are working on adding shipping for international customers soon.
